Electronics Test Technician
We currently seek an Electronics Test Technician to ensure production quality standards are met. Duties include:
- Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform set-ups for digital tests.
- Recognize failures and set-up problems and determine the need for appropriate verification.
- Operate programmable auto-testers, samplers, real-time oscilloscopes, pulse generators, meters, power supplies and special test fixtures.
- Prepare reports as required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years directly related experience and formal training in electronics testing, including reading schematics and operating test equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot to the component level. In addition, the following skills are required:
- Network knowledge highly desired.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Formal training in software testing as well as video encoding and streaming desired.
- Excellent soldering skills.
- Must have the desire and ability to work well with others members of our team.

Software Engineer
We currently seek a self-motivated, energetic Windows application developer to develop web services and Windows System applications for the video streaming industry. Duties will include supporting existing software and developing Windows applications.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Involvement in all phases of software development of our new products and in revision of our current product line
- Perform various design, development, debugging, and testing activities in coordination with other members of development team
- Development and Implementation of specific application software modules, including Web-based GUI
- Architect, design, unit test, and develop specific software modules, including web-based GUI and web services.
- Perform debugging and testing activities in coordination with other development team members.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Very strong in OOP with C#
- Must have recent strong Microsoft .NET background experience (.NET 3.5 / 4.0)
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 required. (Visual Studio 2010 preferred)
- Strong in troubleshooting / unit testing / debugging skills – required
- Data Management experience, SQL/LINQ/XML experience a plus
- DirectShow a plus
- Knowledge of Silverlight, Web Services, WCF, and WPF are highly desirable.
- MVVM a plus
- Team Player with very good communication skills (able to interface with group presenting new ideas and resolutions).
- Build Process / ReSharper / Software Unit Testing experience a plus
- 5+ years of experience with software development, with some experience in GUI design and coding.
- Product development (as opposed to services) experience and involvement in multiple releases of products deployed in the field
- Strong background in multi-threading and event driven applications
- Knowledge of modern Windows GUI design patterns and techniques
- Experience with Microsoft development environment
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Clean, reusable, object oriented coding practice. Code hackers need not apply.
