Niagara SCX® version 6 Annual Support and Maintenance Service Agreement provides the Customer with help desk assistance, minor software enhancements (bug fixes, patches and other .dot releases), and major software enhancements (.dot releases). This product should be ordered for the Niagara® 2100/2120 encoder systems.  Delivery requires the system serial number and product registration.

Customer with help desk assistance, minor software enhancements (bug fixes, patches and other .dot releases), and major software enhancements (.dot releases) as they are released for this platform. This product should be ordered for the Niagara® 4100 and Niagara® Pro II
encoder systems.

Niagara SCX® version 6 Annual Support and Maintenance Service Agreement provides the

Customer with help desk assistance, minor software enhancements (bug fixes, patches and

other .dot releases), and major software enhancements (.dot releases) as they are released

for this platform. This product should be ordered for the Niagara® 7500 encoder system.
 
 

90 Days of Installation
Support and Software Maintenance

$0

90 days of installation support and software maintenance is included free with valid product registration. The 90 days of installation support and software maintenance includes the resolution of up to three individual help desk support cases. During the 90 days, there is an option to purchase the highly recommended annual renewable Niagara SCX® Support and Maintenance Agreement for extended comprehensive support and maintenance (Part Number 95-02019, 95-02020, 95-02023,95-02026).
