In order to receive an RMA number, you must first contact our Customer Support department to troubleshoot the product and/or problem.
After troubleshooting, if your product is determined to be defective and covered under the ViewCast warranty policy, then an RMA number will be issued.
International end-user customers must contact their Reseller to request an RMA number.
