Niagara 2100 Upgrade to Niagara 2200 with Priority Response

This requires an RMA from Support to return the Niagara 21xx system to the factory for re-image to a 2200 which includes Niagara SCX version 7 software. The price includes 1 year of annual Niagara SCX version 7 software support and maintenance (95-02056). Niagara SCX 7 adds features such as MPEG2 TS encoding, and SNMP management. Users can access the system through a web interface, SNMP management application or a local client interface. The software supports Adobe® Flash® H.264, Microsoft® Windows Media® (Silverlight®), and MPEG-4. One copy of Niagara SCX version 7 is required per encoding system.
